This is a CONFEDERATE ARTILLERY BATTLE FLAG. It is NEW. Also known as the Southern Cross. This was the Flag of the Confederate Navy. It was Square and has the White Outside Border. This design was adopted as the battle flag to help eliminate confusion on the battlefield caused by the similarity of the Stars and Bars and the Stars and Stripes. It is COMPLETELY SEWN. It is NOT PRINTED. This Flag is made from 100% COTTON. It has a Cotton Canvas Header and Brass Grommets. The Flag Size is 38 INCHES by 38 INCHES. This Flag is BRAND NEW and NEVER USED. It is Excellent Quality and is Correct in All Details. Our Flags are COMPLETELY SEWN as were the Originals. We DO NOT Iron On, Stencil or Glue on Flag Components as some others do.
